王昵霏,女,山西运城人,中共党员,博士,校聘副教授。2020年6月硕博连读毕业于天津科技大学食品科学与工程学院食品营养与安全专业,同年7月进入天津科技大学生物工程学院从事博士后研究,专业为制糖工程。2022年9月至今于山西大学生物技术研究所工作。现任《食品研究与开发》青年编委和《Bioactive Carbohydrates and Dietary Fibre》、《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》等期刊审稿人。

(1)山西省特色资源中多糖的分子结构解析及生物活性研究

(2)多糖与常见食品组分互作机制初探

(3)食品多糖及低聚糖的体内外胃肠消化酵解特性及其分子结构的动态变化
